- This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office weekly) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous travel booking, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with Concur, Worldspan GDS, or other travel booking systems is helpful, but we'll provide training for the right candidate
- A passion for helping others and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Coordinate and book individual travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and rental cars
- Assist Roadies with urgent travel needs, itinerary changes, and travel-related questions
- Process travel requests through phone, email, and ServiceNow
- Support and troubleshoot Concur booking issues
- Coordinate group travel for meetings and events, including transportation, lodging, and attendee registrations
- Partner with Event Planners and hotel partners to manage room blocks, meeting spaces, payments, and event logistics
- Maintain accurate travel records, registrations, and documentation
- Manage hotel authorizations, travel credits, reward points, and company travel resources
- Coordinate specialty travel needs such as refrigerated truck rentals for restaurant operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure travel expenses are coded accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting Roadies across the organization
