Office Manager / Sales & Scheduler / Estimator – JAG Floors & Restoration

JAG Floors & Restoration is growing – and we’re opening our brand-new showroom featuring stunning hardwood floors, tile displays, and custom epoxy options! We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager who can also handle sales, scheduling, and estimating support as we continue to expand.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our business, work directly with customers, and help shape the experience of our new showroom.

What You’ll Do

• Office Management:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, walk-ins).
• Manage daily office operations, paperwork, and vendor communication.
• Maintain showroom appearance, samples, and promotional materials.

• Sales & Customer Service:
• Greet customers and guide them through flooring, tile, and epoxy options.
• Provide basic product knowledge and help customers find solutions.
• Follow up on leads, send quotes, and close sales.

• Scheduling:
• Coordinate installation schedules between crews, subcontractors, and customers.
• Track project progress and update customers on timelines.
• Keep calendars and job schedules organized and up-to-date.

• Estimating Support:
• Prepare and send project estimates (training provided).
• Work with the owner to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in office management, scheduling, sales, or construction estimating is a big plus.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills – you’ll be juggling scheduling, sales, and customer questions daily.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software, email, and spreadsheets.
• Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement industries is helpful but not required – we’ll train the right person!
