- Develop and execute social media strategy that supports patient growth, brand awareness, and community engagement
- Create educational content about physical therapy, injury prevention, mobility, wellness, and recovery
- Capture and edit short-form video (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) inside clinic locations
- Set up social campaigns and targeted post boosting
- Highlight patient testimonials (HIPAA-compliant), therapist spotlights, and clinic culture
- Write clear, engaging captions that make healthcare topics relatable and easy to understand
- Design carousels and social flyers
- Utilize ai-tools to help speed up workflow and expand production capabilities
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Manage daily activity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Schedule posts using social media management tools
- Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and healthcare marketing best practices
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner
- Help build an online community focused on health, wellness, and movement
- Engage with local businesses, fitness partners, and community organizations
- Support marketing campaigns for new clinic openings, specialty programs, and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with clinic directors and therapists to identify story opportunities
- Assist with paid social campaigns and promotions
- Help promote hiring initiatives and employer branding
- Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Use data to refine content strategy and improve results
- Ensure all content follows HIPAA guidelines and company privacy policies
- Maintain professional representation of providers and patients
- Uphold brand standards in all visual and written content
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Video Production, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, or medical marketing is a strong plus
- Moderate video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Premiere and Photoshop knowledge mandatory)
- Experience with Asana, HubSpot and Meta Business
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable working inside clinical environments to capture content
- Understanding of social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance (preferred)
