Role Description
The Corporate Controller role is a full-time, on-site position located in Angola, IN. The Corporate Controller will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities also include leading the finance team, developing financial strategies, overseeing reporting, manufacturing efficiency monitoring, implementing operational improvements, and supporting executive leadership in financial decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting systems, reporting software, and financial compliance regulations
- Leadership ability to guide and develop finance teams and provide strategic financial insights
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments effectively
