Hardwood Floor Sanding & Refinishing Technician

JAG Floors & Restoration is looking for an experienced Hardwood Floor Sanding & Refinishing Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who already has experience in hardwood floor sanding but wants to continue learning, improving their craft, and building a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Sand, refinish, stain, and finish hardwood floors
• Repair damaged hardwood flooring as needed
• Operate sanding equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare job sites and maintain a clean work environment
• Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional results
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites

Qualifications

• Experience sanding and refinishing hardwood floors is required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn advanced techniques
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license preferred
