Flooring Installer – JAG Floors & Restoration
JAG Floors & Restoration is hiring a Flooring Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, and epoxy floor systems for residential and commercial projects.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail who takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install hardwood, vinyl plank (LVP/LVT), and epoxy flooring
- Assist with hardwood sanding and refinishing
- Perform floor prep including grinding, leveling, and surface preparation
- Use flooring tools and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements
- Flooring or construction experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on knees
- Drug-free workplace
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay: $15–$25 per hour depending on experience
