Role Description
This full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role is based in Tampa, FL. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations as a receptionist and assisting with Property & Casualty reports. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, ensuring smooth office workflows, and handling phone calls while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and record-keeping
- Effective Phone Etiquette and excellent interpersonal Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
- Prior experience in a wealth management or financial services firm is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
