What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window and Door Installer position at Jadin Construction?
We are a growing residential remodeling company looking for a dependable person to join our team installing replacement windows, exterior doors, and siding.
We specialize in quality residential exterior improvements and take pride in doing the job right. We are looking for someone who has a good attitude, takes pride in their work, and wants steady year-round employment.
Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Install replacement windows and doors
- Install vinyl and composite siding
- Install exterior trim and finish details
- Properly flash and seal openings
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a small crew
Qualifications:
- Dependable and shows up on time
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
- Able to lift materials and perform physical work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Construction experience is helpful but not required
