Responsibilities
- Work with the manager to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish speaking (preferred)
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Multitasking and being able to stay organized
- Enthusiasm about hitting personal goals and tracking growth every day
- High self-motivation
- Team Mentality
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
- Must be able to obtain Michigan Property & Casualty Licenses
- Must be able to obtain Michigan Life & Health Licenses
