- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure proper handling and safety compliance.
- Load and unload vehicles with precision using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring secure transport.
- Diagnose basic mechanical issues on-site using automotive diagnostics tools and perform minor repairs when necessary.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate timely vehicle recovery and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and service logs for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic laws while driving and operating heavy machinery to ensure a safe work environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
