Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, providing professional support to stranded motorists.
- Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment such as winches, straps, and forklifts when necessary.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, incidents, and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate vehicle recovery efforts.
