About the Role:
Jade Stone LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our team in Strongsville, OH! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work makes a real difference for every customer who drives away.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Inspect and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid
- Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect tires for wear
- Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service bay
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer service guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
