Electrician – Oil & Gas Operations
jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we've grown more than 65x and currently operate ~13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma. We believe in ownership mentality, accountability, and rewarding performance.
We're seeking an Electrician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across our field operations.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on pumps, motors, panels, VFDs, and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and applicable regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation and work records
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Journeyman or Electrical Certification preferred
- Oil & gas or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of PLCs and motor controls a plus
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Work Environment
- Outdoor and indoor field work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to electrical hazards, heavy equipment, and H2S environments
