- Help us to solve complex business challenges and find new ways of doing things
- Partner with a cross functional team to deliver on big priorities, including strategic initiatives as well as optimization projects that help us to work more efficiently
- Keep up with changes in our evolving landscape by fostering strong relationships with partner teams
- Contribute to projects from end to end - ex. planning, process design, requirements, testing, etc.
- BE/M degree in Information Systems or equivalent educational background.
- 5 years of hands-on experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced techno/functional knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields. Recent demonstrated experience working on global WD Absence projects is a must.
- Advanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques: High level and detailed requirements development, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders, business and technical, executives as well as end-users.
