The ideal candidate is a consultant first: someone who has worked across multiple technology stacks, understands process consulting and process intelligence, and can turn HLS regulations and operating realities into practical transformation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities

- Process Intelligence: Utilize process mining and intelligence tools to baseline performance, identify friction/compliance deviations, and build value cases for transformation.
- Sales & Presales: Qualify HLS opportunities, run executive discovery, build solution narratives, and support proposals, orals, and client workshops.
- Partnership Alliances: Build joint propositions and co-create go-to-market plays with relevant technology partners and ecosystem players.
- Thought Leadership: Publish points of view/whitepapers, speak at industry forums, and represent the unit in analyst briefings and client events.
- AI & Agentic Solutions: Define high-value AI and agentic use cases for HLS, ensuring adherence to privacy, validation, and human oversight.
- New Consulting Services: Conceive, package, and launch new HLS consulting services, including pricing logic, delivery playbooks, and consultant enablement.
- Delivery Advisory: Serve as the domain advisor on live engagements, review deliverables for industry accuracy, and coach consultants across pillars.
Required Qualifications and Experience

- Technology Stacks: Experience across CRM/CX, ITSM, ERP, HCM, and SCM (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday), with deep expertise in at least two.
- Domain Depth: Domain depth in at least two HLS segments (providers, payers, pharma/biotech, medical devices).
- Process Skills: Proven skills in process discovery, BPMN modelling, value stream mapping, operating-model design, and benchmarking.
- Tools & Analytics: Working knowledge of process intelligence/mining tools and experience building business cases from their findings.
- Sales Track Record: Experience shaping and winning enterprise deals, as well as presenting to C-suite audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HLS regulations and standards (HIPAA, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR) and their impact on technology/process choices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in platforms, frameworks, or methodologies (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, TOGAF, or process mining tools).
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/agentic frameworks and responsible AI governance in regulated settings.
- Knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., HL7 FHIR) and life sciences commercial/clinical data ecosystems.
- Published articles, conference speaking engagements, or analyst recognition in HLS/enterprise transformation.
- Experience working with global delivery models and distributed teams.
