Role Overview
The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership across one or more strategic client accounts. Acting as the central point of accountability, this role ensures successful execution of projects and managed services by driving delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, governance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and excels at building long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary delivery interface for clients and establish strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead governance forums including cadence calls, weekly status meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
- Own CSAT outcomes and proactively address feedback with continuous improvement initiatives.
Delivery Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, enhancements, and managed services engagements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual scope, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Oversee RAID management, capacity planning, and timely escalation of risks and issues.
Governance, Reporting & Financial Oversight
- Drive delivery governance through structured reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
- Track delivery performance, financial metrics (revenue realization, margins), and resource utilization.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Practice Leaders, and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
- Coach and mentor delivery teams while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in IT services delivery, with at least 3 years in a client-facing delivery leadership role.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Boomi.
- Demonstrated success managing distributed global delivery teams.
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder and executive-level engagement capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Power BI, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in Hi-Tech, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps delivery models and AI-enabled delivery acceleration.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, or equivalent are desirable.

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
