What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Jade Cannabis Co.?
Must be 21 years of age. Must have or be able to obtain prior to employment an active cannabis agent from the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board.
Must have a strong customer service background and be willing to upsell during every customer interaction. This is a sales position. Must be able to connect with a wide verify of customers. Must have experience handling escalated customers. Must be able to actively listen and defuse the situation.
Majority of the shift is standing on your feet.
Cash handling skills and experience required.
Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Positive attitude.
Strong work ethic.
Cannabis knowledge is a plus, however not required. We carry a wide range of cannabis products from a verity of vendors. We will support with product educations.
