Role Overview
As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home, supporting skill development and behavior goals while working closely with a supervising BCBA and the client’s family.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention in a home setting
- Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and track session data and client progress
- Communicate with families and caregivers
- Participate in ongoing supervision and team collaboration
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience in ABA and behavioral intervention
- Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
- 20–40 hours per week (with opportunity to expand caseload)
- Full-time and part-time options available
- Monday–Friday schedule (weekend opportunities as needed)
