Job description:
We're looking for a dynamic, take-charge Sales Coordinator to support our sales management team. The ideal candidate will play a central role in keeping our sales efforts on track and moving forward.
Candidate must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, be flexible yet thorough and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Daily order processing via email, customer's portal and EDI
- Check data accuracy on incoming orders (case packs, pricing, inventory availability, etc.)
- New customer account set ups and reviewing of customer trade agreements
- Customer account management (item setups, quotes, quality assurance forms, etc.)
- Manage sample arrangements for licensing, marketing and plan-o-grams
- Collaborate directly with Sales Managers on customer's account needs
- Contact clients to obtain missing information and answer queries
- Maintain and update customer's pricing and sales records
- Work with the Shipping department on customer labeling requirements and timely delivery
- Understanding all sales matrix (POS)
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Provide support to the Accounting and Shipping departments on disputing OTIF chargebacks, claims, etc.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Experience in mass market retailers’ sales operation, such as Walmart Retail Link and Target Partners Online a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,305.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Work Location: In person, hybrid schedule optional
