Examples of Duties include but are not limited to:
MUST HAVE COLLEGE EXPERIENCE.
- Deliver training program to groups of 10-45 potential election workers
- Public speaking is required
- Assist in the preparation of training materials
- Evaluate and score potential election workers
- Provide customer service to election workers
- Routine clerical tasks as needed
- Conduct meeting facilitation sessions to align stakeholders, negotiate resource allocation, and resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining open communication channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising technical or program management teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK standards and tools such as Primavera P6, SharePoint, or SAP.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management strategies and implementing continuous improvement frameworks like Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or SAS for data collection and performance measurement.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with IT infrastructure projects or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes and contract negotiations is desirable.
