Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Resource Specialist (Power Marketer) to provide advanced technical and administrative expertise in support of water resource planning, policy development, program administration, and implementation.
This position plays a critical role in developing and managing programs related to water supply and demand planning, demand management, groundwater management, ecosystem management, power market operations, engineering, financial analysis, and other specialized resource management functions.
The Senior Resource Specialist leads complex projects, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and provides strategic recommendations that support our client's mission of delivering reliable and sustainable water resources throughout Southern California.
Minimum QualificationsEducation & Experience
Option 1
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field; and
- Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
Option 2
- Advanced degree from an accredited college or university in a related field; and
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform standard office-related duties.
- Occasional field work and site visits.
- May require travel throughout Southern California, including occasional overnight travel.
- Use of standard office equipment and computer applications.
Pay: $76.15 - $84.71 per hour
