Job Overview
I am hiring reliable Independent Contract Drivers to deliver small packages using their own vehicle. Drivers will pick up packages at the warehouse, scan them, load their vehicle, and complete efficient routes in the assigned area. This is a fast-paced, high-earning opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and want consistent daily work.
Compensation
- $1.50 per package delivered
- Most drivers average 20–35 packages per hour depending on experience and route
- High-volume days = higher earning potential
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse at your scheduled start time
- Scan, sort, and load packages into your personal vehicle
- Follow the planned delivery route to deliver packages accurately and quickly
- Take required proof-of-delivery photos
- Maintain professionalism and good customer service
- Work 6–7 days a week
- Ensure your vehicle is reliable, and has enough space for packages
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van)
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone capable of using delivery apps
- Willing to work full-time, including weekends
- Must be responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience in delivery is a plus but not required
