Jacuzzi Bath-Remodel is looking for a Trade Show/Field Marketing Manager!
The ideal candidate for our Field Marketing Manager LOVES talking to people, inspiring and leading a team and wants to grow with our company. This role requires leadership skills, actively generating leads at the following; home improvement events, mall kiosks, trade show events & Costco. You will be responsible for inspiring growth amongst your team of representatives.
Role Objectives as a Trade Show/Field Marketing Manager:
- Lead a team by example to generate leads from retail environments, shows, and trade show events around the Portland area.
- Passionate about people-development and driven to hit targets month-on-month while providing a red carpet experience for the team and prospects, alike. By doing the above you’ll help us in our mission to improve the homes and lives of people in and around the Portland community.
Responsibilities of a Trade Show/Field Marketing Manager:
- Responsible for achieving monthly results in a lead generation environment to meet program budgets, lead targets, and to provide team and prospects with a consistent and exceptional experience
- Develop and implement incentive programs to encourage team culture and morale
- Manage, hire, train and inspire a medium to large team of marketers
- Monitor weekly reports to craft individual performance improvement plans per marketer, per location. Attend weekly meeting with Marketing Coordinator to identify additional opportunities for lead conversion in the Portland market. Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
- Maintain brand consistency using Jacuzzi Bath Remodel best practices for recruiting, hiring, and training processes.
- Communicate regularly with Marketing Director & HR to target areas for staffing needs and alternative recruiting sources to meet staffing goals.
- Meet weekly with Director of Field Marketing and area General Manager to report on conversions by location
