CareFree Home Pros is a local home improvement company that has been a staple in the community for over 25 years specializing in one day bath remodels. We pride ourselves on quality customer service, quality workmanship, and ethical business practices.
What is the job?
We are looking for local enthusiastic, energetic people to join our Field Marketing Department. Your job is to work inside one of our retail partners (Costco Wholesale or BJ's Wholesale) as well as local events throughout the Connecticut area spreading the word about our company and talking to homeowners about bath remodels. You will work in either a local home-show, fair, event or retail partner with the goal of setting up leads with homeowners for estimates on a their bathroom.
What is the pay?
We pay a highly competitive hourly rate as well as UNCAPPED commissions with the goal that our top producers will make $25-$35 an hour.
What is the schedule?
This is a part time job offering 15-30 hours a week with the priority being on the weekends as that is when the majority of our events take place.
