Job Description – Product Quality Assurance Manager
Specialist - Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 per year

The Product Quality Assurance Manager role is part of our installation team and will partner with both our sales and installation experts to exceed our customers’ expectations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The Product Quality Assurance Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and work closely with the Production & Sales Coordinators to deliver an exceptional experience for all JBR customers. Daily duties will include the following but are not limited to:
- Review all JBR new sales to confirm clarity of scope of work and proper pricing
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
- Manage inventory logs and place project material orders while maintaining proper margins
- Oversee receipt of deliveries while ensuring timelines and deliveries are on track
- Apply and obtain building permits
- Acts as liaison with sub-contractors, design consultants, and clients to ensure construction activities support project requirement
- Identifies field operational solutions that will improve productivity
- Assists in the project close out process
- Assisting the Vice President of Operations and supporting teams to achieve operational excellence, quality, and financial performance
Required Experience, Skills & Certifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a construction environment/remodeling industry or home services sectors required
- Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and methods
- Experience with all aspects of project controls
- Strong understanding of contract administration
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, Salesforce CRM platform
- Valid MA. Construction Supervisors License (C.S.L.) preferred
