What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Carpenter/Finisher position at JACS Property Management?
We are looking for a Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the concrete construction industry and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to concrete work such as raking concrete, pouring, and finishing concrete. The successful candidate will also be able to operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently. This is a small family-owned company that operates seasonally April to approx. October/November.
Requirements:
· 1 Years Concrete Finishing Experience preferred.
· Ability to measure.
· Valid Driver's License & Clean driving record.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds at any given time.
· Ability to work in the heat / rain and desire to do physical, concrete labor.
· Good attitude and team player.
· Willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
· Working with the crew helping with material handling and organizing of the job site
· Setting up and pouring Concrete.
· Use hand tools such as trowels and floats to smooth the surface of concrete.
· Projects include- residential homes decorative (pool) patios, walkways and hardscapes .
· Will need reliable transportation to the shop.
Salary:
$20-40/hr depending on experience.
