About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Jewelry Sales Professional who enjoys building relationships and providing personalized service. This role will guide clients through purchases ranging from everyday jewelry and gifts to fine jewelry, special orders, and custom design.
The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience where clients feel valued and well cared for. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an established and highly respected jewelry business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the client journey
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and thoughtful follow-up
- Assist customers with fine jewelry purchases, special orders, gifts, and custom design inquiries
- Use consultative selling to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate products
- Help achieve individual and store sales goals through relationship building and exceptional service
- Support repair inquiries and coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities as needed
- Collaborate with ownership and team members to provide an exceptional overall client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years jewelry sales experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident and comfortable working with a wide range of clients
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and professional presence
- Experience with repairs, custom jewelry, or jewelry design is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Desire for long-term growth within the jewelry industry
