We're Seeking Reliable Trade Partners:
We are looking to build long-term partnerships with experienced and dependable subcontractors in the following trades:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Tile Setting
- Painting
Requirements:
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in your trade
- Must be able to bid jobs independently and work as an independent subcontractor paid on a per-job basis
- Must provide your own tools, transportation, and general liability insurance
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with other trades and management
