We are seeking a Client Management Associate to support a range of client accounts and internal operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations, strategic communications, and client management, while also providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Associate will work closely with senior leadership and other team members.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with social media content creation, editorial calendars, and campaign planning
• Contribute to the development of communications plans and thought leadership strategies
• Conduct media audits, research assignments, and industry monitoring
• Build targeted media lists and support media outreach efforts
• Track media coverage and provide regular news monitoring updates
• Provide overflow support across multiple accounts to ensure seamless client service
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, file management, and other office-related needs
• Collaborate with team members on client initiatives and internal projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 year of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or related fields (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively on team projects
• Sound judgment and professionalism in client-facing situations
• Based in the Philadelphia area with the ability to work in-office and attend client events as needed
