Technology Delivery Consultant Insurance Systems

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems to lead client engagements, drive platform delivery, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at building strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of core insurance platforms (Policy, Billing, Claims), with a focus on Duck Creek and other modern systems.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and vendor partners.
- Oversee integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., HR, QA, CCM, carrier systems).
- Drive process optimization, automation, and workforce efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and audit readiness across delivery streams.
- Collaborate with client executives to align technology delivery with business goals.
- Support change management and cultural transformation efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years in insurance technology delivery, with strong P&C domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek (Policy, Billing, Claims) and related integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise project management.
- Technical proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, MuleSoft, and cloud hosting.
- Proven success in client-facing roles and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hyland OnBase, Pitney Bowes, Octopus Deploy, Dynatrace.
- Background in enterprise transformation and M&A integration.
- MBA or equivalent experience in IT Management or related field.
