Your Day to Day
- Match credit card receipts to credit card statement transactions.
- Verify amounts and coding are accurate for overhead-related transactions.
- Calculate any applicable use tax.
- Enter receipt information and coding into Excel.
- Import data from Excel files into the accounting system.
- Combine electronic receipt images with system transaction data.
- Work cross-departmentally to collect missing receipts on credit card purchases.
- Encourage timely submission of credit card receipts.
- Track the status of individual credit card statement reconciliation and entry process.
- Compile reports and submit credit card statements to the responsible Project Accountant for approval of cardholder expenses and job codes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and suspense accounts.
- All other duties, as assigned.

Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. No previous experience is required.
