We're looking for an Analytics Coordinator for our Life Science North America Project Services team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 5 years supporting project coordination, program operations, or business functions. AEC industry experience required
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to support shared goals and resolve challenges
• Strong communication skills to engage with team members and contribute to successful project outcomes
• Ability to interpret, validate and communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders
• Intermediate knowledge of data structures and analysis concepts
• Experience managing user access and configurations for software platforms
• Ability to review data/reporting outputs for accuracy and consistency
• Experience gathering user requirements and translating them into actionable steps
• Skill in eliciting and documenting business needs to inform configurations and reporting logic
• Savvy-eye for well-designed visual representations that communicate the story of project data
• Experience in supporting adoption of new tools or processes through training, documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in monitoring progress across multiple projects or initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals, using collaboration and work management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint for organizing content, managing lists, and applying best practices
• Working knowledge of Power BI with know-how of performing basic functions to improve our delivery cycle time
• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate to streamline routine tasks
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to adopt best practices and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and expand knowledge across tools and processes
• Comfortable working within diverse teams and contributing across functions with guidance as needed

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
