Overview
Jacobs & M&Z Holdings is seeking dependable, detail‑oriented Delivery Drivers to complete local delivery routes in the Mercer, Hermitage, Grove City, Slippery Rock, and Hubbard areas.
All drivers must be able to pick up freight daily at 157 Westview Drive, Meadville, PA, before heading to their assigned route.
Drivers use larger SUVs, covered pickup trucks, minivans, and similar vehicles capable of safely handling daily package volume. Our drivers represent the company at every stop, ensuring safe driving, accurate deliveries, and professional customer interactions.
Operations Schedule
Our operations run 7 days a week.
- A full work week is Sunday through Friday
- Saturday is optional
- Hybrid scheduling is available for drivers needing flexible weekly structures
Duties
- Operate your vehicle safely and responsibly while completing assigned delivery routes
- Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques
- Follow all route instructions, delivery procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a positive attitude
- Accurately scan and record all deliveries, returns, and route completion details
- Perform basic daily checks on your vehicle to ensure it is safe and route‑ready
Qualifications
- Must provide your own reliable vehicle with active insurance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions and route plans
- Must be able to pick up freight daily in Meadville (157 Westview Dr)

We also rent transits, minivans, and cargo vans when available.
Note: Rental vehicles are limited and come with a lower pay rate due to company‑covered vehicle costs.
