- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exterior surfaces.
- Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery to ensure a pristine environment for customers.
- Conduct custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and surrounding spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for service delivery or repositioning within the facility.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
