This role puts you at the center of implementation, training, and ongoing clinical partnership across a defined territory - doing work that directly improves lab performance and patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing
- Guide customers through method verification, validation, and implementation using CLSI standards
- Deliver operator training at all competency levels, on-site and remote
- Provide clinical expertise on hemostasis workflows - PT/INR, aPTT, Anti-Xa, D-Dimer, fibrinogen, and specialty assays
- Troubleshoot application issues and own follow-through until resolution
- Support LIS/middleware integration and promote digital tools that reduce manual intervention
- Partner with sales on demos, business reviews, and pre-sale activities
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MT(ASCP) certified or equivalent, with coagulation experience
- Solid working knowledge of CLSI validation protocols, QC/Westgard rules, and CAP/CLIA compliance
- Comfortable with 80% travel, including overnight and occasional short-notice air travel
- Valid driver's license required; passport preferred
- Columbus or Cleveland, Ohio preferred
