- Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections
- Manage assigned service calls and communicate arrival times effectively
- Help homeowners understand system conditions and available solutions
- Provide repair and replacement recommendations when appropriate
- Record accurate notes, service findings, and completed work
- Coordinate with dispatch to maintain an efficient daily schedule
- Protect customers' homes and leave each work area clean
- Uphold company safety and customer-service expectations
- Proven experience servicing residential HVAC equipment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to organize and complete multiple service calls each day
- Honest, professional communication with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable discussing repair options and system improvements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain
