Job Overview
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will support our advisors and clients throughout every step of the retirement planning process. From scheduling and preparing meetings to processing paperwork and assisting with income plans, you’ll help ensure each client feels informed, cared for, and confident in their financial future. Duties:
- Operate with a proactive approach to producers and clients
- Complete and process internal and external servicing requests
- Maintain RedTail database for all clients
- Respond to client inquiries as needed within 24 hours
- Assist in generating and providing various financial reports to producers and the Service Advisor team
- Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients regarding in-force transactions
- Create Income Plans and Retirement Snapshots for new policies.
- Send out Monthly Anniversary and Birthday cards to our existing client database
- Assist producers with pre-appointment preparation as needed
- Manage RMDs for qualified client accounts
- Update account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments
- Resolve any issues regarding in-force transactions
- Identify opportunities and inform the Sales team.
- Utilize current online tools to determine replacement suitability for current accounts
- Prioritize incoming tasks and issues daily
- Assist with changing beneficiaries on client account(s)
- Complete free withdrawal paperwork
- Schedule Annual Strategy Meetings and prepare the supporting documentation
- Obtain your MI Life Insurance license within 90 days of employment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proactive and professional communication with clients and producers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks daily
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably RedTail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online financial tools
- Basic understanding of retirement accounts (IRA, 401(k), annuities)
- Knowledge of Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) rules
- Ability to generate and interpret financial reports for internal use
- Experience handling in-force policy transactions and servicing requests
- Analytical thinking for reviewing account data and replacement suitability
- Quick response to client inquiries within a 24-hour window
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support producers and peers
- Confidentiality and awareness of compliance requirements in financial services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
