Key Responsibilities
Loan Consultation & Client Support:
- Analyze financials to determine funding eligibility
- Guide clients through loan applications and documentation
- Provide funding recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain long-term client relationships
Prospecting & Sales
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate interest in loan products (MCA, SBA, term loans, CRE, LOCs, etc.)
- Build your own book of business or work from our inbound leads
Documentation & Submission
- Gather and review bank statements, P&Ls, tax returns, debt schedules
- Package and submit deals to the appropriate lenders in our network
- Track deal status, follow up, and close
CRM & Collaboration
- Work with our processors and internal deal team
- Coordinate with underwriters and resolve stipulations professionally
- Use our CRM to manage pipeline, track progress, and stay organized
Market Knowledge
- Stay informed on MCA, SBA, factoring, PO finance, ABL, CRE, and other products
- Clearly explain structures, pricing, and funding terms to clients
- Match borrowers with the best lender solutions
Who You Are
You might be:
- A current Loan Officer, ISO Rep, MCA Broker, or Account Executive
- A proven salesperson ready to break income ceilings
- A closer looking for infrastructure, deal flow, and support
- A fast learner looking to break into commercial finance
- Organized, coachable, driven, and results-oriented
- Able to manage multiple deals, follow-ups, and relationships
Qualifications
We welcome a wide range of backgrounds. Finance experience is great—but drive, communication, and execution matter most.

- Have experience in sales, finance, business development, real estate, or insurance
- Are comfortable speaking with business owners and explaining funding options
- Communicate clearly—written and spoken
- Are organized, self-driven, and coachable
- Thrive in fast-paced, remote environments
- Are motivated by commissions and performance-based earnings
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in MCA, SBA, CRE, factoring, or equipment lending
- Background in B2B sales, banking, or commercial finance
- Familiarity with CRMs and reviewing basic financial statements
