This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer all aspects of the food and beverage department for FOH food and beverage facilities
- Make periodic inspections of all areas responsible for
- Prepare and coordinate the periodical performance review of assigned personnel
- Establish and maintain effective channels of communication upward, downward, and laterally
- Scheduling weekly work schedules and assigning work areas to all FOH food and beverage staff
- Hiring and work with the department trainer to train new hires
- Follow up with the service standards of the department
- Supervise staff on shift and ensure proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours
- Oversees FOH restaurant/bar staff in the performance of their duties
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Computer skills to include Infogenesis, Patron, Word and Excel programs
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
- TIPS Certification required (training provided)
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Must have knowledge of F&B experience
- Nevada Gaming Board Registration and Bard Card
- Valid Driver’s License and 3 years clean driving record preferred
