Specializing in windows, doors, baths, showers, sunrooms, decks, roofing, siding & more. Jacob has two showrooms located in Fairview Heights, IL, and Fenton, MO.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Fairview Heights, IL. The Project Manager will oversee and manage home improvement projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely project completion. Daily tasks include planning, scheduling, expediting resources, inspection, and client interaction, with a core focus on creating lifelong customers by delivering the best home improvement experience, The Jacob Way!

Qualifications

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.
• Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Review & approve the scope of work and remeasure jobs.
• Timely, effective, and respectful communication with employees, vendors & clients.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
• Ability to perform minor repairs as needed for the company.

Salary: $55,000-$70,000 Starting Pay, Based on Experience KPI Bonus Plan

Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4/5 PM as needed.

Work Location: The service area is within an approximately 90-mile radius of the St. Louis Arch.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       2 years of experience in a construction project management position with a strong skillset in estimating, home remodeling projects, and customer service.
