The Opportunity:
We are seeking skilled Carpenters and Sunroom Installers to join our in-house team. As a Jacob crew member, you’ll help bring homeowners’ visions to life by constructing high-quality sunrooms and decks that meet our company’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install sunrooms, enclosures, and decks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Read and follow blueprints and project plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and safe worksite.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
- Operate and care for tools and equipment responsibly.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or home improvement installation.
- Sunroom or deck installation experience preferred.
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform hands-on work in various weather conditions.
