• Understand, maintain, and execute daily the culinary standards and core principles as set by the company

Requirements:
• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and according to the standards
• Flexibility to work long hours, holidays, and weekends
• NYC Food Protection certificate or willing to get it with in the first month
