Duties
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records within document management systems
- Facilitate communication between courts and attorneys while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks related to case management and documentation
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission or filing
- Provide executive administrative support as needed within the law office environment
Requirements
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong attention to detail with effective proofreading capabilities
- Previous clerical experience in a legal environment is advantageous
- Must have 2 years' experience in an office setting
