Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required)
Primary Job Function: Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards while providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (changeouts preferred)
- Strong knowledge of various HVAC equipment types and installation best practices
- Proficient in residential and light commercial installations
- Familiar with equipment start-up, basic troubleshooting, line sets, brazing, and pressure testing
- Solid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions
- Skilled in running, insulating, and sealing ductwork
- Thorough knowledge of current city and county installation codes
- Current EPA 608 Certification
- Own basic hand tools and commitment to maintaining them
- Strong safety awareness and strict adherence to all safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, professional attitude
Qualifications Desired (but not required):
- 3 years of installation experience
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain)
- Well-organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic personality and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to invest time in ongoing training and professional development
