What You'll Earn

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email
- Schedule service appointments and support our service technicians
- Manage inbound communications and keep customers informed
- Work closely with the service department to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and help build lasting relationships
What You Need
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience with ServiceTitan or other home services CRM is a big plus
