- Maintain and care for flower pots and garden beds, ensuring optimal plant health.
- Monitor soil moisture levels and apply appropriate watering techniques.
- Prune, deadhead, and fertilize plants as needed to promote growth.
- Identify and manage pests and diseases using sustainable practices.
- Assist in designing and arranging plant displays for seasonal changes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall garden aesthetics.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries about plant care.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pest management.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
