Overview
We are seeking an experienced Video Producer & Editing Lead to join our in-house creative
team full-time and in-office. This individual will play a critical role in the planning, production, and execution of video content across all brand channels, with a strong emphasis on both post-production leadership and on-set production support. The ideal candidate is an exceptional editor with a producer's mindset—someone who can elevate content through thoughtful storytelling, creative problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. They will be responsible for reviewing, refining, and approving edits produced by the broader content team while also helping plan, coordinate, and execute productions ranging from social-first content and product launches to interviews, behind-the-scenes features, craftsmanship stories, and larger brand campaigns. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable adapting to last-minute opportunities, solving creative challenges in real time, and ensuring every piece of content meets the highest standards of quality and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead editor on priority projects and high-visibility brand content.
- Review, critique, and improve edits produced by internal editors to ensure consistency, storytelling
- quality, pacing, and brand alignment.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to the editorial team.
- Maintain quality control across all video deliverables before publication.
- Edit social content, product launches, interviews, craftsmanship stories, campaigns, event recaps,
- and long-form content.
- Identify creative opportunities to improve underperforming content and develop innovative
- solutions to salvage footage and strengthen narratives.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, social media managers, and creative
- leadership to execute content productions.
- Support productions on set by helping manage creative execution, schedules, shot lists, talent
- coordination, and logistics.
- Build and manage production schedules for upcoming shoots.
- Coordinate locations, talent, equipment, deliverables, and production requirements.
- Respond effectively to last-minute content opportunities and production requests.
- Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements for future productions.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of professional video production and editing experience
- 3–5 years leading editors, producers, or creative teams
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Media, DaVinci Resolve
- Advanced knowledge of camera equipment and proficiency in running and gun shooting.
- Encoder (specify any other preferred software platforms)
- Experience producing content for luxury, fashion, jewelry, watch, automotive, or other premium lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work full-time onsite in our Midtown Manhattan office
- A portfolio demonstrating high-end brand storytelling, commercial production, and editorial excellence
