As a Service Advisor/Writer, you will be the customer’s front-line experience with our service department. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up
- Sell and up-sell services by emphasizing value
- Build strong customer relationship and sell the technicians’ time
- Field all live service calls
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast
- Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
- Ability to act as a Team Player, working well with all members of staff
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
Requirements - Service Advisor:
- Good customer service skills, sales skills, and the ability to multi-task are key for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Automotive Experience is preferred
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Professional personal appearance
- A People Person with excellent communication skills
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
