Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance and inspections, replacing or repairing defective components, and maintaining accurate service records. - Time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in a powersports dealership or service facility is preferred
- Relevant certifications in mechanical repair or maintenance are a plus
