Position: House Person - Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Anniston Area
The House Person is responsible for upkeep and condition of all spaces throughout the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a House Person, you would be responsible for cleaning, small to moderate maintenance items for all areas & meeting spaces as well as responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Perform maintenance duties as assigned including changing light bulbs, painting, outside areas and ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Cleaning and sanitizing all public areas to include, but not limited to, wiping windows and mirrors, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

Cleaning event spaces in preparation of guest's events as well as the tear down after event completion

Change and replenish linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed

Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed

Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis

Dispose of trash and recyclables

Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
